Raw Water Transmission Municipal Water Supply Water Storage

Installation of pressurized water using PVC, Ductile Iron, Steel and HDPE pipe at pipe Diameters up to 120”. Unlike sewer, when installing water it is made up of several components to get it from the main water source to the homeowner or end-user such as Fire Hydrants, Elbow Fittings, Air Release Valves and Water Meters. KAJACS incorporates the use of Trench Boxes to ensure the safety of all employees.

Sewer Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Storm Sewer

KAJACS has installed two different types of sewer lines as much as 60" in diameter: forced sewer mains and gravity sewer. Forced sewer mains are pressurized by a pump station or treatment facility. Gravity sewer is laid on grade from manhole to manhole with pipe bedding and always flows downhill. Sewer installation is typically more difficult than other utilities due to varying depths and ground conditions. When laying deep sewers, we use trench boxes and ladders to ensure the safety of our employees.

Water Treatment Plant Wastewater Treatment Pump Stations / Lift Stations

KAJACS specializes in the construction of municipal waterworks and sewage treatment. For clean water supply, these projects include the construction of all those facilities needed to get the water from its source, treat and sterilize it, pump it, store it and distribute it to the customers. We also build facilities needed to collect, convey, pump, treat, sterilize and discharge the water after it has been used by the customers, completing the water use and recycle process.

Site Work

Site Work

Earthwork Site Utilities Concrete Paving

Sitework can include all activities on the exterior of a project, such as earthwork, retaining walls, paving, concrete walks, utilities, landscaping, erosion and sedimentation control, or more. Site utilities, excavation and backfill for the electrical site lighting, and irrigation can also be included. Depending on the project, most generally the site work contractor may be selected as the general contractor on a large site work project. This responsibility would be determined based upon the amount of actual earthwork required, in comparison to the overall scope of the project.
