Water/Sewer Projects

KAJACS water and wastewater project managers and superientendents are second to none. Each project manager has more than 20 years experience in this construction field. KAJACS project superintendents inspect all materials used to ensure that they meet engineering specificiations. All lines are tested throughout the project for leaks to correct problem areas as they occur.

Sewer Project ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY:
KAJACS project managers inspect each job throughout to ensure that property is being left in such a state as to prevent soil erosion. These inspections also decrease call-backs and warranty issues due to settlement of land. KAJACS is currently in the process of completing the first vacuum sewer system and treatment facility in the State of Missouri.

Roads and Bridges

HIGHWAYS:
KAJACS Contractors, Inc. has the equipment and personnel available to competitively bid and build roadways with success. KAJACS recently completed a highway project with a twelve month deadline in six months.

Bridge Project BRIDGES:
KAJACS has the ability to construct bridges across waterways and highways with experience in concrete, steel, and wood bridge construction. KAJACS has completed all bridge contracts awarded on time and within budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
KAJACS Project Manager over this division has managed numerous large as well as small highway and road projects. He has over 20 years of experience in heavy construction industry and has what it takes to enable KAJACS to be competitive in this market.
